  • 2 cups (200g) fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions

Making the Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch (20cm) round cake pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla and almond extracts.
