Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with vegan butter and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat together vegan butter, vegan sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

4. Gradually add in the dry ingredients, alternating with the almond milk. Beat until just combined.
