Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

Making the Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a medium bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add the brewed coffee and mix again until all the ingredients are incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
